At Ladiazplug, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us, so we offer store credit for eligible returns.

Store Credit Policy

• Items may be eligible for store credit only if requested within 3 days of delivery

• Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with all packaging/tags

• Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for store credit:

• Worn or damaged items

• Sale or discounted items

• Hygiene-related items (if applicable)
